📦 Shipping

1. How long does shipping take?

  • USA: 7–10 business days (after 5–7 days processing)

  • Canada, UK, Australia: 10–15 business days
    Tracking info will be emailed once your order ships.

2. Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from our production facility, depending on item availability and destination country. Final delivery is handled by USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, or Australia Post.

3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship to the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia.

4. Can I change my address after placing an order?
You can update your address within 24 hours (weekdays) or 48 hours (weekends). Email us at [email protected] as soon as possible.


🔁 Returns & Refunds

5. Do you accept returns?
Since all items are made-to-order, we do not accept general returns. Please review sizing charts and product details before purchasing.

6. What if I received the wrong or damaged item?
We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund. Just email [email protected] with your order number and photos within 30 days of delivery.

7. My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

  • Check your tracking link in the shipping email

  • Wait 24 hours after a “Delivered” status

  • Still no luck? Contact us and we’ll help investigate

8. Do you refund shipping fees?
No. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is our fault (e.g., wrong or damaged item).


📋 Orders & Cancellations

9. Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, within 24 hours (weekdays) or 48 hours (weekends) after purchase.
Once in production, changes are no longer possible.

10. How do I cancel?
Email [email protected] with your order number. Eligible cancellations will be processed within 1–2 business days.
